Terms of Engagement

Publishing note: This is a website-level starter draft, not a substitute for the engagement letter or contract governing a specific assignment. It should be reviewed before launch.

1. Website information

Information on this website describes DIVINE’s general advisory capabilities. It does not constitute a binding proposal, professional opinion, legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice or a guarantee of any commercial, endorsement, immigration or investment outcome.

2. Starting an engagement

An enquiry does not create a client relationship. A formal engagement begins only after scope, responsibilities, fees, timelines, assumptions, exclusions and terms have been agreed in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information; reviewing work and decisions; obtaining relevant legal, tax, regulatory or immigration advice; and making final business decisions.

4. International founder work

DIVINE may support founder profiling, opportunity development, business planning, commercial evidence, presentation and interview preparation. Regulated legal and immigration advice is provided by appropriately qualified professionals where required.

5. Outcomes and third-party decisions

Commercial outcomes and decisions made by endorsing bodies, government authorities, investors, banks, partners or other third parties remain outside DIVINE’s control. No outcome is guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of research, plans, presentations, designs, tools, templates and other deliverables will be defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Pre-existing methods, frameworks and materials remain the property of their respective owners unless agreed otherwise.

7. External services

Separate services may be delivered through or in coordination with RiseRabbit, SlideSetters, InnovatorPlan or other specialists. The relevant scope and contracting party should be identified in writing.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the private enquiry form on the DIVINE website.
